Restaurants, Retailers, Parks, DMV Offices set to reopen
As the Governor relaxes restrictions on businesses and agencies, our economy is slowly emerging from crisis-mode. Here are businesses and agencies that have recently opened or are now offering enhanced options for takeout or curbside contactless pickup.

Tombo Grille: Will begin curbside pick-up on Wednesday April 29. You can call ahead after 2pm to place your order, and give them at least 30 minutes to prepare your food. Pickup times are 4pm – 8pm. 803-782-9665. Menu and more here.
Motor Supply: Beginning Wednesday April 29, Motor Supply will offer curbside takeout. They’ll be open from 4pm – 7:30pm. They ask that you call ahead at least 30 minutes in advance of pick-up. 803-256-6687. Click for menu.
Cayce Riverwalk and Timmerman Trail: Now open. All 4 Phases of the Cayce Riverwalk and Timmerman Trail are open. Enjoy more than 20 miles of connectivity for biking, walking, running. Shelters remain closed. More here.
O’Hara’s Public House: After being closed for roof replacement, O’Hara’s will reopen on Thursday April 30 for Family-Pak offers. These dinners serve four people and change daily. Ethan Allen: The upscale furniture store on Harbison Boulevard is now open, with current hours of 10am – 4pm Monday – Saturday and Sunday from 1pm – 5pm. Oyster Bar: Hankerin’ for some fresh seafood? The Oyster Bar in the Vista is now open for takeaway curbside pickup Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm – 8pm. Their menu is posted on Facebook here. Call in your order and arrange a time to pick it up. 803-799-4484.
South Carolina DMV: Starting Monday, May 4, 2020, the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) will expand operations by reopening all 66 branch offices to increase convenience for customers. The additional office openings will allow the SCDMV to service more customers on a daily basis while still adhering to social distancing recommendations. All offices will operate by appointment only which can be scheduled on the SCDMV website at SCDMVonline.com.

Belk: The department store chain plans to reopen its three Columbia-area stores on Friday, May 1. The hours are limited to 12pm – 6pm and the store will follow social distancing protocols and limit the number of shoppers in the stores at any one time. More here.
