Wilderness Canoe Tour
Every Friday and Saturday weekly in September and October.
Join a ranger for a guided paddle through the last remaining large section of old-growth bottomland forest remaining in the United States. Keep an eye out for white-tailed deer, otters, beavers, and other wildlife that call Congaree home. Harry Hampton Visitor Center at Congaree National Park – 100 National Park Rd, Hopkins. 10AM-1PM. Garden Family on Safari – Noises of the Night
Sept 22 | 6pm-9am the next day
Enjoy dinner at the Waterfall Junction Learning Center, an exciting program including games, nocturnal scavenger hunts, crafts and marshmallow roasting! Settle down on the lawn for the night in one of Riverbank’s 4-person tents. Wake up to continental breakfast & a Zoo visit the next day. Ages 5-Adult.

Zip the Line at Riverbanks Zoo

Zip the Zoo at the Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Garden is an incredible zip line tour through the zoo, the gardens and even across the river! The Family Fishing Clinic is an introductory class to fishing!
Learn how to tie fishing knots, how to rig a rod and reel, and how to cast! The best part is everyone will get to try their hand at fishing!
